Cat just chewed up one of my mics. It's not the good mic (the SM58) but it was the easiest mic for recording guitar. This mic I could put in the sound hole of the acoustic, or back of the amp for the electric, and it sounded great. It was small, it was light, and it didn't sound all that bad. But now, I gotta get the sm58 to cooperate. Which basically means: no more acoustic guitar. Ever. Unless I can get the built-in laptop mic to work. Ew. So irritated right now.
I do music because I'm bored.
